Services provided include drafting of purchase agreements, easements, deeds and closing documents, the issuance of title opinions or title insurance, and conducting the actual closings. If applicable, we are prepared to counsel clients and help structure tax-deferred exchanges.

2. Leasing

   Loberg Law Office provides representation to both landlords and tenants on a wide range of leasing issues. We draft and litigate industrial, retail, office, and residential leases.

3. Development/Construction

   Our attorneys assist clients in all aspects of land development, including land use planning, zoning appeals and other governmental approvals, review and negotiation of construction contracts and the preparation of restrictive covenants and/or condominium and townhome documents. Lars has an undergraduate degree in Forestry and Environment and Natural Resources. In addition, Lars finished number one in his environmental law coursework at William Mitchell College of Law and was a legal intern with The Nature Conservancy.

Bob Loberg brings more than 35 years of experience to the Courtroom.  He is an instructor for the Wisconsin Land Title Association, has served as an expert witness and mediator for several real estate matters, and has represented title insurance underwriters and realtors on claims throughout Wisconsin.
